The Motorservice Group is the sales organisation for the global aftermarket activities of Rheinmetall. It is a leading supplier of engine components for the independent aftermarket. With the premium brands Kolbenschmidt, Pierburg, TRW Engine Components and the BF brand, Motorservice offers its trade and repair shop customers a wide and comprehensive range of top-quality products.
In addition to its core business, the spare parts specialist is responsible for sales and distribution of products for personal health protection, Pedelec systems and digital services within the Rheinmetall Group. Motorservice customers benefit from the combined technical know-how of a global technology company.

Pistons for the aftermarket in Kolbenschmidt series quality
The Motorservice production site in Chabařovice (Czech Republic) is designed for small series quantities. Thanks to flexible production structures, we are able to fulfil individual customer requests in OE quality. The close proximity to the Kolbenschmidt OE plant (6 km) enables us to put our entire knowledge to optimal use – for aftermarket pistons in series quality. Watch the film and see for yourself.
Pierburg Pump Technology S.p.A. − the pump specialist
In 2016, Motorservice took over responsibility for the plant of the company known at the time as Pierburg Pump Technology S.p.A. in Lanciano (Italy) – and therefore they gained the production know-how of an internationally operating OE supplier. Since then, the main focus of the site has been on the low-volume production of Pierburg products. The plant employs over 130 employees who, amongst other things, assemble water pumps, oil pumps, vacuum pumps, exhaust gas recirculation valves and high-tech intake manifolds for the aftermarket. Thanks to the highly qualified staff and flexible production lines with short set-up times, our customers benefit from quick delivery times and a reliable availability of aftermarket products with OEM quality. As a global supplier to the automotive industry, Rheinmetall’s expertise in air supply systems, emission control and pumps and in the development, manufacture and spare parts supply of pistons, engine blocks and engine bearings puts it right at the top of the markets. Product development is carried out in close cooperation with well-known automotive manufacturers.
